Hi there! Avery reporting for blogging duty here at DSL! How’s your week going so far? Here’s a new food spot that I discovered recently.

 Blog

It’s called Bangkok Jam!

The moment I stepped into Bangkok Jam, I fell in love with the restaurant’s modern bistro-styled interior. It’s very cosy with a lot of interesting wall decorations and Thailand’s subway map as the table placemats. Isn’t that just genius?

Once seated, the menu and drinks were served. Thumbs up for the great service! The menu was easy to understand as they have it in both English and Thai. A lot of pictures was on the menu so it’s easy to visualize what kind of food we are getting.

wings IMG_4454 IMG_4452We ordered Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce Marinade also called as “Kang Keaw Wan Gai”, Stir-fried Minced Chicken with Basil & they recommended Three Flavour Noodle Crips with Shrimps (Mee Grob), Seafood Clear Tom Yum (Poh Tak Talay) & Stir-Fried Egg Noodle with Bacon & Crabmeat (Ba Mee Poo).

And of course, last but not least, Thai milk tea!

The food was great but I’m not really a fan of the Three Flavour Noodle Crips because it was kinda soggy by the time it reached us. The best would be the Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce Marinade. The flavour’s just fantastic. All in all, the food at Bangkok Jam was worth the money. Check it out this weekend!
